On a domain computer with GPO applied for auto update, there is no win defender. Every time I start it, I run WU; I did this last on that date (04/25/12) - was running fine at shutdown. Just a suggestion though, if it hasn't been updated for sometime such as mine, doublle click the working network adapter so that you can observe the data being sent/received as being Advertisement Autoplay When autoplay is enabled, a suggested video will automatically play next.
