Windows 7 Windows Explorer Not Responding
It does it in safe mode or normal. have tried autoruns with great success. Internet Explorer is updated through the Windows Update program. I end up closing or restarting Explorer but it just keeps happening. First of all do start your computer in safemode and open MSCONFIG command and then un-tick all the unwanted startups from there, and also un-tick all the unwanted services then reboot Do double click on it to get the details if you found it.
