Tech Support that tells you that you must re-install Vista, isn't much support, and not very Tech. The handle is invalid. I cannot open IE or Firefox, cannot run malwarebytes, iTunes, MS Office...Anything with... For the first time I finally found something that actually worked and it worked like a champ. Function inadvertently invalidates reference parameter - what went wrong?

Or did you Delete instead of Disable? After a rouge virus was removed, Windows Defender was not working anymore.
