Troubleshooting these events might solve the problem that prevented the clustered Network Name resource from registering the DNS name. WALLA issue fixed. The cluster core is what updates the DNS records.

I've destroyed the cluster, made sure it was removed from DNS, updated and reloaded zones, ipconfig /flush DNS on all server to make sure the cluster name was gone.
